Our pet friendly units rentals allow 2 pets for the fee outlined in your booking platform description. You may request additional pets, for an additional fee and must be approved by Northern Rental Properties.
Our Pet Policy specifically prohibits pets without agent permission. Renters MUST agree to the following terms and conditions in exchange for the permission:
- Renter agrees to keep their pet under control at all times.
- Renter agrees to keep their pet leached when it is outside the dwelling.
- Renter agrees not to leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable periods.
- Renter agrees to dispose of their pets droppings properly (plastic bag in trash) and quickly.
- Renter agrees to keep the pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and will remedy immediately any complaints made through the agent.
- Renter agrees to report + pay immediately for any damages, loss or expense caused by their pet.
- Renter agrees that Northern Rental Properties reserves the right to revoke permission to keep the pet should Renter break this agreement.
- Renter agrees to pay for agreed amount (in booking platform description) of the pet fee for their rental term.
- Renter understands that this is an additional charge and is not refundable.
